At Aurelia, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@aureliajewels.co within 48 hours with a photo.

Non-returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
