Refund & Return Policy

​At Aurelia, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

​Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@aureliajewels.co for return options. Do not ship items back to India, and do not return packages to the sender address on the shipping label.

​Refunds: Once your return request is reviewed and processed, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days directly to your original payment method.

​Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, contact us at support@aureliajewels.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

​Non-returnable Items: Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
