1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days to ensure strict quality control and proper fulfillment routing.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
As a boutique brand dedicated to order accuracy, please allow us this processing window to prepare your order safely.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is ever a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery
We provide worldwide standard shipping. Because we partner directly with international fulfillment logistics to secure premium pricing and quality for our jewelry, our estimated delivery windows are:
United States: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the postal carriers and are not legally binding guarantees.
3. Limitation of Liability (Delays & Lost Shipments)
Aurelia Jewels is not liable or responsible for any products damaged, lost, or delayed during transit. Once an order is transferred to the third-party shipping carrier, the transit process is entirely outside of our control.
If your package is delayed due to postal disruptions, local carrier backlogs, weather events, or customs holds, Aurelia Jewels cannot be held responsible, and such instances do not qualify for an immediate refund.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aurelia Jewels is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or tariffs applied to your order by your country’s government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and visible within 48 hours.
